Dr Dalia Alami-Gomaa is an ophthalmologist and Head of Clinic in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery at the Clinique de l'Œil OnO in Geneva. She also practises aesthetic medicine at ono estetika, where her approach to the face begins with the eye area and its natural balance.

A 2017 graduate of the University of Geneva Faculty of Medicine, she first trained for almost three years in general surgery - thoracic, visceral, urological and emergency - before turning to ophthalmology in 2021, at the Clinique de La Colline eye centre and then the Rive eye centre. In 2023 she joined the Jules-Gonin Eye Hospital in Lausanne, a leading university centre, and in 2024 passed the European Board of Ophthalmology specialist examination in Paris.

This path, first surgical and then ophthalmological, is what sets her apart in aesthetic medicine. Used to observing the most subtle details of the gaze, she pays particular attention to the periorbital region: central to facial expression and harmony, it is also one of the most delicate areas to treat, with thin skin, a dense vascular network and structures directly linked to visual function.

At ono estetika, her consultations are built around four treatments: botulinum toxin injections around the eye area, polynucleotides, skinboosters and collagen biostimulators. These are largely regenerative techniques, acting on skin quality, firmness and density rather than on volume filling alone. Her approach is primarily preventive and aims to rejuvenate without transforming: never altering a person's features, but subtly restoring facial harmony.

She remains active in clinical research, with presentations at the congresses of the French and Swiss ophthalmology societies.
