SEFFILLER?
SEFFILLER is a minimally invasive treatment using the patient’s own fat to naturally restore facial volume and improve skin quality. A small amount of superficial fat tissue is removed, gently processed and precisely injected into selected areas of the face.
The patient’s own tissue can restore lost volume, soften fine lines and support skin regeneration. Common treatment areas include the cheeks, temples, eye area and mouth area. As only the patient’s own tissue is used, allergic reactions are extremely rare. The results appear natural without fundamentally altering the facial features.

Before the treatment
During a personal consultation, your facial anatomy, skin quality and areas of volume loss will be assessed. Together, we will determine the appropriate treatment areas and the site from which the fat tissue will be removed. Please inform us about any medical conditions, allergies and all medications you are taking. Blood thinning medication should only be adjusted after consultation with your physician.
During the treatment
After local anaesthesia, a small amount of superficial fat tissue is removed through a fine cannula, for example from the abdomen or thigh. The tissue is gently processed and then precisely injected into the desired areas using fine needles or microcannulas. The outpatient treatment takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
After the treatment
After SEFFILLER treatment, temporary swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising may occur in the treated areas and at the fat removal site. Avoid pressure and massage on the treated areas during the first few days. Exercise, sauna, intense heat and direct sun exposure should be avoided for approximately five to seven days. Your individual aftercare instructions will be discussed during the treatment.
