Fruit Acid Peel?

A fruit acid peel is a professional chemical peel designed to renew the upper layers of the skin. Dead skin cells are carefully removed while supporting the skin’s natural regeneration process. This can leave the complexion looking smoother, clearer and more even.

Different fruit acids and concentrations are used depending on your skin type and treatment goals. The treatment is suitable for dull skin, blemishes, enlarged pores, fine lines and uneven pigmentation. For longer lasting results, a personalised course of treatments may be recommended.

Before the fruit acid peel, your skin will be assessed and the appropriate acid concentration selected. Please inform us about any skin conditions, allergies, medications and skincare products you are currently using. Intense sun exposure, sunbeds and self tanning products should be avoided before treatment. Retinoids, acid based products and other highly active ingredients should only be paused following individual consultation.

During

During the treatment

First, the skin is thoroughly cleansed and degreased. The selected fruit acid solution is then applied evenly to the treatment area. You may experience mild tingling or warmth during the brief application time. The acid is then neutralised and carefully removed. The treatment concludes with soothing skincare and suitable sun protection.

After

After the treatment

After the fruit acid peel, the skin should be gently cleansed and cared for with the recommended products. Daily use of a high level of sun protection is particularly important. Temporarily avoid direct sun exposure, exfoliants, retinoids, highly active skincare products and intense heat. Do not remove any flaking skin, as this allows the skin to regenerate undisturbed.
