Exosomes are microscopic messenger vesicles that transmit important signals between cells. In aesthetic medicine, they are used to support natural cell communication and the body’s own regeneration processes.

Exosome treatment can revitalise the skin, improve its texture and promote a fresher, more even appearance. When applied to the scalp, it may support hair growth and strengthen weakened hair. Depending on the treatment goal, exosomes can be applied to the face or scalp.

Before the treatment

Before your exosome treatment, you will have a personal consultation. We will discuss your treatment goals, the condition of your skin or scalp, any existing medical conditions and medications. On the day of treatment, the relevant area should be clean and free from cosmetics, skin care products or hair styling products. Blood thinning medication should only be adjusted after consultation with your physician.

During

During the treatment

The skin or scalp is thoroughly cleansed and prepared for treatment. If required, a local numbing cream can be applied. The exosomes are then carefully applied using a method tailored to the treatment area. Depending on the extent and area of treatment, the procedure takes around 30 to 60 minutes.

After

After the treatment

After exosome treatment, mild redness, swelling or increased sensitivity may occur temporarily. Light everyday activities can usually be resumed immediately. Exercise, intense sweating, sauna visits and intense sun exposure should be avoided for 24 to 48 hours. The treated areas should only be cleansed and cared for according to your personalised aftercare instructions.
